Students spent half a day in the STMA area meeting with Ellie Anderson (Eating Elevated), Randy Pelletier (Pellco) and Nick Shultz (Community Development Bank). Student take-aways included project bidding, work-of-mouth marketing, employee retention, controlled growth, revenue streams, scaling up, stress testing a business plan and business continuity plans. Thanks to all involved for sharing with the students. Every CEO student is paired with a local mentor to walk side-by-side with the student and encourage them along the way in the class. Students had their first meeting with their mentor and discussed common interests. Over the years, many CEO students have cited the mentor connection as a key piece of the CEO experience.
