Brent Stromme (Empyres) shared with the students how he became an "accidental entrepreneur" and how his businesses have always filled a void in the marketplace. He encouraged students to start early, understand debt, reach out to others for help and understand their strengths. Aaron Weiche (LeadFerno) discussed his entrepreneurial journey and how he self-taught many of the skills he has today. Student take-aways included self-awareness, competitive analysis, taking on partners and funding sources. Finally, students had a chance to work on their people skills at the Wright Tech Career & College Fair. Entrepreneurs have told them the importance of shaking hands, making eye contact, asking questions and listening.
