Chad Brink at Big Bore Barbeque discussed building partnerships in the industry, challenges with expanding and adapting to change with supply chain issues.
Finally, Lane Underdahl, founder of Eclipse Painting, told the class about his 28 years in the painting business and how bigger isn't always better. Student take-aways included insurance, customer connections, managing debt and non-compete clauses.
