Jaime Taets, CEO of Keystone Group International, spoke with the students about company culture, scaling a business and having a risk mindset. She led students through an exercise on company goal setting and how to break goals down to make them manageable. Student take-aways included overhead management, hitting the ceiling in regards to business, labor rates and gaining attention on social media.
