Kailee Mastel and Gary Trogstad hosted the class at Insurance Center of Buffalo and discussed their entrepreneurial journeys and the types of insurance that entrepreneurs might need. They were joined by the rest of the team in the office and each shared their role at the business. Craig Boysen from BankWest was on hand to discuss the importance of the professional relationship he and Gary have had over the years and the value of trust. Students take-aways included relationship building, book of business, creating value for the client and handling online reviews. CEO Alum Lucius LaFromboise visited the class and discussed his CEO experiences, thoughts on class culture and connections he made in the class that still continue to help him out. Lucius continues to run his DJ business he started in the CEO program.
