Steve Novacek with Wright Lumber and Sal Cargill with West Suburban Auto Sales hosted the CEO students last week. Both talked about building business on loyalty and being persistent. John D'Agostini, founder of Invictus Leadership Training, talked with the students about having a vision for a new business, building a support system and then repeatedly putting yourself out there to promote it. Steve, Sal & John all discussed the importance of repeat customers and referrals. Sal's advice to the students: The harder you work, the luckier you get!
