People Skills. We all need to improve them, but it doesn't come easy for most. Randy Latzig with CentraSota Cooperative shared some of his tricks-of-the-trade in the sales world and how he developed his people skills. Randy believes that people buy from people, so if a sale isn't made, one must look within to find out why. Students had a chance to put those people skills to work at the Wright Tech Career and College Fair. Although they were nervous, students put themselves out there and worked on handshakes, small talk and open-ended questions. They all confessed that it got easier as they continued to practice.
