Word-of-mouth referrals. Every business wants them, but what's the secret to getting them? Brit Haskins of Classic Hall and Julie Carlson of Cafe Jules hosted the CEO class and talked about the little things they do to enhance the customer experience and get those referrals. Julie was able to give insight into the restaurant industry and the importance of creating value (rather than being the cheapest), learning from mistakes and listening to the customers.
